Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final, and refunds are only issued under specific circumstances as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to reasons within our control.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount.

  • Cancellation by Prism Connect Agency: If we are unable to fulfill your project for any reason and must terminate the agreement.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the service after work has commenced.

  • Partial Completion: If work has been partially completed as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Client Delays: If delays or lack of communication on your end prevent us from completing the project.

  • Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third-party platforms or services are non-refundable.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 14 business days and notify you of our decision.

5. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you wish to cancel services, you must provide 14 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for work already performed.

  • Prism Connect Agency Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel services due to breach of contract or non-payment.
